How many sessions do I need for a coaching engagement?
The number of sessions per month are totally up to you, we can discuss your needs and work with your schedule. Most leaders choose 6, 9, or 12 month engagements.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Typically, we schedule 45-50 minutes for coaching sessions to give you time to wrap up and prepare for your next meeting. If you need something different, let's talk about it and I'll be happy to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What if I don’t like the coaching sessions?
If you don’t find coaching helpful, you can stop at any time and only pay for completed sessions.
Is there a no show fee if I can’t make any of my coaching sessions?
There’s no cancellation fee with 24 hours or more notice. Please let me know if you have something that comes up and I'll work with you to reschedule. There is no fee to reschedule.
Can I sign up for multiple sessions?
Yes, take as many as you like, there is no particular order that you should take the sessions. It depends solely on your needs and/or the needs of your team.
Can I take the sessions with my coworkers or as a team?
Yes, in fact I highly recommend that you do! We can set up a consultation, talk about your group’s focus areas and tailor the group coaching sessions for your group.
Is there a discount for taking more than one session?
Yes, let’s talk about your groups needs and I can give you an estimate for costs.
Are there any prerequisites or requirements needed before taking any of the sessions?
No, there are no required sessions or previous college credits needed to attend these sessions.
Are there any materials provided for the group coaching sessions?
Yes, each session includes a workbook pdf with all the content. Some sessions include online assessments taken as pre-work. I will also make recommendations for additional reading and resources.
Are my coaching sessions confidential?
Your sessions are confidential, and I respect your privacy. We will create a coaching contract that outlines the degree to which information is shared. For example if you want your boss to know how you are progressing, you can discuss what is shared. I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
